'verhuurindex.be' or 'we': the service provider. 'Client' or 'you': the user. 'Tenant': the tenant of the property. 'Service': automatic index calculation, letter drafting and dispatch.
These terms apply to all services by verhuurindex.be. By using our services, you accept these terms.
Annual indexation calculation via the health index (Statbel), letter drafting, email dispatch (landlord in CC).
Provide correct and complete contract data. Report changes. Register the lease with the FPS Finance. Verify indexation is provided for in the contract. Follow up on tenant payments. Additionally, the client as landlord is fully responsible for obtaining the necessary consent from the tenant before sharing their personal data and contract information with our platform. The lease is a confidential document and the tenant may object to it being shared with third parties. We cannot verify whether this consent has been obtained. By using our service, the client confirms that they have the tenant's consent to share their contact details (name, address, email, phone number) and contract data, and that these may be used for annual indexation communication. The client indemnifies verhuurindex.be against any claims from the tenant arising from the absence of such consent.
We are not liable for errors due to incorrect client data; errors in Statbel indices; lease registration; verbal agreements between landlord and tenant; complex or atypical contracts; non-payment by the tenant. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the current year.
Published on our website, incl. 21% VAT. Annual prepayment. Changes communicated 30 days in advance.
Annual subscription per contract. Cancellation possible at any time. Current year remains active. No refunds.
By email (landlord in CC). We are not liable for undelivered emails (incorrect addresses, spam filters).
All platform content is protected by copyright.
We are not liable in case of force majeure: technical failures, cyberattacks, legislative changes, pandemics, unavailability of Statbel data.
